Personal Point Value (PPV): The value you receive from clients you personally enroll.
Group Point Value (GPV): The value you receive from clients your team enrolls.
Shared Revenue (SR): The total amount of revenue that is available to be paid to Independent Reps. SR is
equal to 70% of the gross residual income that FreeForYou.com receives from payment transactions
processed by Clients.
Personal Earnings: The amount you earn from clients you personally enroll.
Level: The layers of Independent Reps in a particular Independent Rep’s team. This term refers to the
relationship of an Independent Rep relative to a particular upline Independent Rep, determined by the
number of Independent Reps between them who are related by sponsorship. For example, if A sponsors
B, B sponsors C, C sponsors D, and D sponsors E, then B is on A’s first Level, C is on A’s second Level, D is
on A’s third Level, and E is on A’s fourth Level.
Parent: When an Independent Rep sponsors a new Independent Rep, the new Independent Rep is placed
in a “holding tankfor up to 7 days. While the new Independent Rep is in the holding tank, the Sponsor
can “place” the new Independent Rep under another Independent Rep in the Sponsor’s team. The
Independent Rep under whom the new Independent Rep is placed is the “Parent” of the new Independent
Rep. In the event of such a placement, the Personal Point Value (PPV) that is generated by the new
Independent Rep becomes part of the Group Point Value (GPV) of the new Independent Rep’s “Parent”.
Note that the new Independent Rep will always be on the first level of his or her Sponsor, regardless of
placement. If the Sponsor does not place the new Independent Rep within seven (7) days as described
herein, the Sponsor shall be the Parent and Sponsor of the new Independent Rep.
Leg: Each of the Independent Reps that you sponsored (your Level 1) and their respective teams represent
one “Leg” in your downline team.
Level Earnings: The amount you earn on each level of your team.
Client: A business that enrolls and actively uses the merchant services offered through the
FreeForYou.com merchant services program.
Personal Client: A client whom you personally enroll.
Active Personal Client: An active client is a client who has at least 1 transaction in that calendar month.
Total Processing Costs: A percentage (average is 2.65%) of credit card volume that represents the blended
average of all costs incurred across a typical credit card transaction. Included in this percentage for each
credit card transaction are a) Interchange Fees (Paid to the cardholder’s issuing bank for accepting the
risk of the transaction. Vary based on card type, merchant type, transaction type (in-person vs. card not
present), etc.); b) Assessment Fees (Fees charged by the card brands (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)
for using their networks.); c) Acquirer/Processor Fees (Fees charged by the payment processor and
acquiring bank that enable merchants to accept cards and settle funds.); d) Gateway/Technology Fees
(Fees charged when a payment gateway or middleware is used to securely pass transaction data.); and e)
Network Communication and Approval Fees (Fees associated with data transmission, fraud checks, and
approvals between all parties (Gateway → Processor → Card Network → Issuing Bank → Back).
1. Fast Start Bonus
$100 Fast Start Bonus - Per New Client
The $100 Fast Start Bonus is a performance-based incentive that rewards you with $100 for each new client you
onboard. Before this bonus is paid the new client must process $1,000 in Credit Card transactions to unlock the
fast start bonus.
2. Frenzy Bonuses
The Frenzy Bonus rewards you for enrolling multiple new clients in a single month. This bonus can happen every
month and as many times as you qualify. Additionally, your sponsor (the person who enrolled you) earns the same
bonus.
Enroll 3 new clients in a calendar month: You earn an additional $300 and your sponsor earns another
$75.
Enroll 6 new clients in a calendar month: You earn an additional $300 and your sponsor arns another
$75.
This bonus is unlimited, so you can keep earning it for every set of 3 new clients.
Examples:
You sign up 6 new clients this month:
o 3 clients = $300 for you, $75 for your sponsor. Another 3 clients = $300 for you, $75 for your
sponsor. That's $600 for you and $150 for your sponsor.
Your Level 1 Independent REP enrolls 6 new clients this month:
o 3 clients = $75 for you. Another 3 clients = $75 for you. That's $600 for your Level 1 IR and $150
for you.
3. Personal Earnings
As an Independent Rep, you earn a percentage of the Shared Revenue (SR) that is derived from the credit card
transactions processed by the Clients that you enrolled. The percentage of the shared revenue from your Clients’
credit card transactions that you earn is determined by your PPV and GPV. Here’s the breakdown:
Personal Point Value (PPV) and Group Point Value (GPV)
To determine the percentage of Shared Revenue that an Independent Representative (IR) earns from his/her
Clients’ credit card transactions, we look at two key numbers:
PPV: Points you earn from the clients you directly enroll.
GPV: Points you earn from your PPV and the clients your team enrolls.
How PPV Works:
Each new client you sign up and get activated generates 10 PPV for you for the month.
If a client you signed up previously is still processing transactions, you earn 2 PPV per client each month
they remain active.
Example:
You sign up 3 new clients this month. → 3 x 10 = 30 PPV.
You have 5 recurring clients still active. 5 x 2 = 10 PPV.
Total PPV = 30 + 10 = 40 PPV.
How GPV Works:
GPV consists of the group volume earned from your team.
For every active client signed up by someone on your team (at any level in your team), you earn 1 GPV.
PPV+GPV Your Personal Point Volume is added to your Group Point Volume
Example:
Your direct REPs enroll 5 clients → 5 GPV.
Someone on their team enrolls 7 clients → 7 GPV.
You personally enroll 2 NEW clients this month = 20 PPV
That would total 32 GPV combined that month.

*Remember Your PPV counts towards your GPV
Example:
You have 14 PPV this month. → You qualify for 50% SR.
Alternatively, if you only have 10 PPV but your team contributes 50 GPV, you would have 60 GPV total
and also qualify for 50% SR.
How Shared Revenue is Calculated:
A. Gross Surcharge: Multiply the total credit card volume by 3.95%.
This is the Cash Discount Percentage Charged To The Customer.
o Example: $1 Million in transactions→$1,000,000 x 3.95% = $39,500
B. Total Processing Costs: Deduct total processing costs from the Gross Surcharge. (In this
example, the Total Processing Costs are 2.65%. This is a hypothetical example for reference purposes
only. It could be more or less, depending on a number of factors).
This percentage (the Total Processing Costs) represents the blended average of all costs incurred
across a typical credit card transaction. See the definition of Total Processing Costs.
o Example: $1,000,000 x 2.65% = $26,500
C. Net Earnings: Subtract total processing costs from the gross surcharge.
o Example: $39,500 − $26,500 = $13,000
D. Shared Revenue (SR): Multiply the net Earnings by 70%
o Example: $13,000 x 70% = $9,100
o Therefore, in this example, the Shared Revenue (SR) from $1,000,000 in transactions is $9,100
E. Payout of SR:
o 40% to 70% of SR is paid out as Personal Earnings to the Independent Reps whose Clients
generated the SR. See “How to Earn up to 70% of SR on Your Personal Clients” above.
o Example: If the Independent Rep had 14 PPV and/or 50 GPV, he or she would earn
50% of the SR, which = $4,550 in the example above.
o Up to 30% of the SR is paid in Level Earnings to the Upline of the Independent Rep whose Clients
generated the SR. See “How to Earn by Building a Free For You Team” below.

5. Pinnacle Director Bonus
Pinnacle Directors qualify for the Pinnacle Director 3% Bonus Pool. The bonus pool is 3% of the SR that is on your
Level 8 and below. The total SR will be added into the pool and divided based on the total GPV you had that month.
3% of the SR on Level 8 to infinity goes into a bonus pool and is split by all Pinnacle Directors in proportion to the
GPV that each of them earned during the month.
Example: A Pinnacle Director has $100,000,000 in monthly transactions from his or her Level 8 down through his
or her Level 45. (The Pinnacle Director has no Independent Reps beyond his or her Level 45.)
That $100,000,000 in monthly CC volume = $910,000 in Shared Revenue.
$910,000 = 100% SR, so 3% SR = $27,300. That amount gets added into the monthly bonus pool coming from Level
8+ (Level 8 and beyond) of all of the other Pinnacle Directors. This pool is then distributed to all Pinnacle Directors
based on the total GPV that each of them had that month. The value that each individual client brings in terms of
dollar value to the bonus pool can only be added to the pool one time, regardless of how many people override
that client.
For example, if there are four Pinnacle Directors participating in the pool in a month, and Pinnacle Director “A”
has 1,250 GPV, Pinnacle Director “B” has 2,500 GPV, Pinnacle Director “C” has 2,750 GPV, and Pinnacle Director
D has 3,500 GPV, the pool would be distributed as follows:
Pinnacle Director A - 12.5% of the Pool.
Pinnacle Director B - 25% of the Pool.
Pinnacle Director C - 27.5% of the Pool.
Pinnacle Director D - 35% of the Pool.
Annual Lock-In (70% SR)
If you achieve 150 PPV or 500 GPV for four consecutive months, you "lock-in" the 70% SR Earnings on your
personal clients for the next 12 months. This means you will continue earning 70% SR, even if your PPV or GPV
drops below these thresholds later.
Example:
January: You earn 150 PPV → Month 1 complete.
February: You earn 160 PPV → Month 2 complete.
March: You earn 150 PPV → Month 3 complete.
April: You earn 150 PPV → Month 4 complete.
You qualify for the 70% SR earnings on your personal clients for the next 12 months, regardless of future
fluctuations in your PPV or GPV.
5. The 60/40 Rule
To unlock Senior Director or higher ranks, the 60/40 rule ensures your GPV is balanced between your different
Legs. Here's how it works:
1. Identify the Leg in your team with the highest GPV. This becomes the 60% Leg.
2. Add up the GPV from all other Legs. This total must equal at least 40% of your total GPV.
Example:
Total GPV = 500
Leg 1 contributes the highest at 300 GPV. This becomes your 60% Leg.
All other Legs contribute 200 GPV → 40% (of the total GPV).
Since the 60/40 split adds up, you qualify to earn from all your eligible levels.
Note: If the 60/40 rule isn’t met because your other Legs only add up to 180 GPV, you would be qualified as an
Executive Director, not an Ambassador Director.
Summary
